The Financial Regulator has entered into settlement agreements with effect from 05 November 2009 with 
Pat Treacy Insurance Brokers Limited and Quick Quotes Limited in relation to suspected breaches of regulatory requirements regarding failure by the firms to comply with certain provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.
