Types of levy for insurance undertakings in category B7
Any reinsurance undertaking entitled to conduct reinsurance business in Ireland is required to pay a prudential levy.
How to calculate your levy
The prudential levy consists of two parts:
- a minimum levy, and
- a variable levy based on the combined total of Gross Written Premium and Gross Technical Reserves.
