The Financial Services Consultative Consumer and Industry Panels were established by the Financial Regulator under the Central Bank Act, 1942 (as amended by the CBFSAI Act, 2004) with effect from 1 November 2004.
The Minister for Finance appoints 20 members to each of the Consumer and Industry Panels including the Chairman.
