How to calculate your levy
The levy consists of two parts:
- a minimum levy (€1,000 in 2009); and
- a variable levy based on a percentage (0.215% in 2009) of the total value of loans outstanding.
The maximum amount payable by a moneylender is capped annually (€22,500 in 2009).
This levy contribution will cover operation in all District Court districts.
